Within the scope of the Texas State Highway improvement, specifically the FM 2100 road, in Harris County, PVR Engineering partnered with EDGAR CARDOSO and ESTRATO INGENIERIA to develop the alternative of precast bent caps for two new bridges in FM 2100.
