Suspended bridge with 80m of central span serving a municipal road over the dam in an environmentally protected area. Design of General Refurbishment and introduction of decorative lighting. The original bridge was designed by EDGAR CARDOSO in the 1950’s with a wooden deck and concrete towers. After a fire that severely damaged the bridge in the 1990’s, EDGAR CARDOSO developed the design for its reconstruction, including the introduction of a steel deck and the general reinforcement of its capacity.
