The DJV, formed by ORIENTAL CONSULTANTS, EDGAR CARDOSO, PROMAN and ECOH, has developed the detail design and construction supervision of the project. Works included a new access road overpassing the Railway; Dredging works, earthworks and excavations; environmental works; container terminal area and rtg maintenance area; total reconstruction and extension of the north wharf; widening of the existing access road to the port; access gate to the container terminal; railway terminal; buildings; infrastructures and complementary works.
